6. We are needing to water flower beds (5 x 80ft) - Top
Have you looked at this product - might be better for your watering strip:
The drip system kit comes with 3 manifolds each watering 4 separate drip lines. Each line can extend up to 20 feet. A fourth manifold could be added to your system if needed w/ xtra Lawn Belt, Manifold, Riser and U fitting.

You can also overspray the bed if you plan on watering a lawn area beside it. If using this method stick to 3 heads per zone.
